The MN Health Atlas is a public web-based data resource that serves as a single destination for information on diabetes and the health of Minnesotans.
The information included in the MN Health Atlas' maps, tables, and charts enables stakeholders to monitor diabetes indicators and population health, to identify trends and evaluate interventions, and to identify areas of need to inform proposed prevention and care strategies.
The resources to develop the MN Health Atlas have been provided by the Decade of Discovery, a Minnesota Partnership for Biotechnology and Medical Genomics, with the goal of preventing, optimally treating, and ultimately curing type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
